Mr. Freeze (aka Mr. Freak) was a creepy dude who (for some reason) had to live in conditions below 0 degrees C to survive. Odd. His condition was apparently brought about by some kind of accident, which is believable since he did actually cryogenically freeze his wife to save her from dying. He also likes to spam snow-related one liners, rather like this guy. Mr. Freeze hates Batman, for some reason.
