Harold Stritzke is the paranoid owner of an Object, the Comb. He constantly thinks people are trying to steal his comb so if anyone tries to talk to him he uses the comb to stop time and runs away screaming 'It's the Ordeeer!' but no one can hear him because that takes up the 11.38 seconds that time is stopped for.
