Prophet of Restraint

Former High Prophet of Restraint was a Prophet who was leader of the Covenant before the Prophet of Truth. He showed little restraint during his rule, and ended up 'gettin frisky' with the lady Prophets, causing Truth to threaten a scandal unless he abdicated.

Luckily, he survived the Reformation of High Charity and now leads what few Prophets remain. He still shows little restraint, however, but since there are so few Prophets left no-one seems to care. In fact, no-one has had the heart to tell him that no female Prophets survived the destruction of their holy city, but he hasn't noticed and probably never will (female Prophets still have Ball chins).

He has renamed himself Loerarch of the Covenant, Trouncilour most HIGH (man), Voice of the Failures.
