The Raid on Minas Music was a conflict that occured in the opening days of the Stythe Wars. SuperNutty and the Swords of the Soundboard realised that, in order to truly usurp the mantle of Music, they must first journey to the place that had been the stronghold for Music for the previous decade - Minas Music.
The Pilgrimage[]
SuperNutty and the Swords of the Soundboard departed for Minas Music, and had to fight through a Mafia holdout to reach the fortress. Despite the efforts of the League to eradicate what was left of the Mafia in Operation: DIMINUENDO, the Swords of the Soundboard were confronted with several Distortion Demons and crazy Mafia fanatics, until they finally reached Minas Music itself.
The Encounter[]
After reaching the fortress of Minas Music, the Swords found Awawfaweme, an ex-Emewafwawa associate who informed them that the next stage of their quest was to take place in Frosty Towers. This was actually a trap set by Awawfaweme, who had been informed prior to this that Stythe's forces would attack the fortress to recover the Globe of MacAuley, but the Swords, who were none the wiser, took Awawfaweme's advice and left for Frosty Towers, leaving only a small holdout force behind.
As the Swords left, the Cult of Stythe invaded Minas Music, facilitated by Awawfaweme. Confronted by the massive Cult of Stythe force, the remaining Soundboard soldiers retreated immediately, taking down any cultists who tried to follow them. The Swords would later discover Awawfaweme's betrayal and return to Minas Music for the Third Battle of Minas Music, in which the fortress was finally destroyed.
