POE-TAYY-TOES!
Samwise Gamgee, or just "Sam" is a cute little Hobbit from The Shire. He assists the Fellowship of the Ring, more prominently Frodo Baggins, in destroying the Ring of Power. He is incredibly fond of Potatoes, and respects Frodo and Gandalf greatly. Because he is a Hobbit, he is a little tiny dude.
He is apparently a friend of Badass Hobbit.
